Simple Employment Contracts Employment - Resignation Notice.?

Employment - resignation notice.? - simple employment contracts

"If we give annual premium, the notice period is required from you two months if such notice is received at the company within one month from the date of the bonus."

I do not understand .. the above clause in my contract of employment Please can someone explain in simple words?

  1. If you worked long enough to receive the bonus, you can not leave immediately after. The contract obliges a two months' notice if you want to leave within one month of receiving the bonus. So, if you receive a bonus in December, and in turn in communication, in January, you have to work, only in March.

  2. ROTFLMAO Wow, that is? Will's? I have read, read and reread (and I teach English, by the way) and frankly, it makes no sense at all. The best thing I can figure is 1. If you did not receive an annual bonus, you can leave any time you like hell. 2. If you receive a bonus if you notice, within one month of receiving the grant, which must be 2 months notice. For example, if you receive your bonus, the 15th January and the notification before the 15th February, should the reference to two months. When fired 10th February, is expected by 10 To work April. I hope that helps. Hope I'm right! LOL

  3. I think it's when you get a bonus next month, want to hold, it is necessary to say two months in advance before it. I think I not only premium and execution.

It is best to ask your human resources department ... or ask your supervisor about this =)
